- Boat Linings
- Walkways
- Waterproof Decking
- Containment Areas
- Encapsulation of Fiberglass Bodies and Polystyrene Foams
Is a fast, set rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, aromatic, two component spray polyurea that can be applied to suitably prepared concrete and metal surfaces. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20°F (-29°C). It may be applied in single or multiple applications without appreciable sagging and is relatively insensitive to moisture and temperature allowing application in most temperatures.
Features:
- Zero VOC (100% solids)
- Seamless
- Excellent thermal Stability
- Odourless
- No Toxic Vapours
- Non-Reactive
- Meets USDA Criteria
- Good Chemical Resistance
- Coats Carbon or Mild Steel Metals without Primer
- Installed with or without Reinforcement in Transitional Areas
Typical Uses:
- Airports
- Power Plants
- Refineries
- Structural Steel
- Fertilizer Plants
- Warehouse Floors
- Mining Operations
- Cold Storage Facilities
- Food Processing Plants
- Landfill Containment
- Marine Environments
- Paper and Pulp Mills
- Secondary Containment
- Parking Garage Decks
- Walkways and Balconies
- Water and Wastewater Treatment
- Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities
Has NSF-61 approval for direct contact with potable water and is recommended for use as a coating or lining on suitably primed carbon steel, non-ferrous metal and concrete. Polyurethane spray coatings are typically used as a coating or liner in slurry tanks, water tanks, secondary containment and waste-water management applications.
It offers a tack free time of less than five minutes and exhibits 20-30% elongation upon curing with 65 Shore D hardness.
Features:
- High Build, Quick Dry
