UrePac® CURE MCDEA

MCDEA, or 4,4′-Methylene-bis(3- chloro -2,6-diethylaniline), is a solid aromatic diamine that acts as a curing agent for epoxy resins and a chain extender for polyurethane prepolymers. It’s particularly known for enhancing high-temperature
performance and dynamic properties in cured elastomers.

  •  MCDEA significantly improves the mechanical properties, heat resistance,
    and dynamic properties of cured elastomers.

UrePac® CURE MBCA (MOCA)

Moca, specifically 4,4′- methylenebis (2-chloroaniline), is a chemical compound primarily used as a curing agent in the production of polyurethane. It appears as light brown to colorless granules and is a crucial component in creating high performance, specialized, castable urethane rubber products. These products, in turn, have diverse industrial applications, including tires, rollers, and other wear-resistant parts.

UrePac® CURE RM1504

Dimethylthiotoluenediamine (DMTDA) is a liquid aromatic diamine used as a curing agent in polyurethane. It’s known for its ability to enhance strength, durability, and chemical resistance in these materials. DMTDA is a liquid with low viscosity at room temperature, making it suitable for low-temperature applications and offering a longer pot life compared to other curing agents.

Application:  Hand Pour or Machine Dispensed

Features:

  •  Low viscosity: Makes it easier to handle and apply, especially in low-temperature environments.
  • Extended pot life: Allows for longer working times before the material starts
    to cure.
