Pacific Urethanes congratulates two of our managers, Matthew Slatyer and Simon Andemariam on being selected by Chemistry Australia to be members of the Emerging Leaders Advisory Council (ELAC).
The ELAC has been established by the Chemistry Australia Board and reflects its genuine intent to promote and facilitate diversity within the industry. The ELAC is comprised of emerging industry leaders and this new opportunity will support their professional development. Members of the ELAC will work alongside the Board for two years, exposing them to new ideas and ways of thinking, offering advice on strategic opportunities, and identifying initiatives that are vital to ensure the sustainable future of our industry.
Through the ELAC, Matthew and Simon will develop their knowledge of the industry in Australia and its relationship to communities and governments. They will also be exposed to the processes of public policy development and learn how to respond to current and future disruptive improvements.
“I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to help drive the changes that will see our industry grow. I look forward to developing strategies and working with Chemistry Australia to promote growth, sustainability, and future technologies in our industry”
Matthew Slatyer
National Sales Manager AUS & NZ

I thank Chemistry Australia for creating the platform that enhances the knowledge and showcases the future leaders of the industry. I am looking forward to contributing my knowledge of the industry and learning from the Chemistry Australia Board”
