Project Background
This case study is about a spray foam insulation project for an aircraft hangar completed by one of our leading customers, Spray Foam Australia. Challenges:
The expansive size of the aircraft hangar and its lack of insulation left valuable aircraft and equipment vulnerable to adverse weather conditions and dust ingress. Additionally, discomfort among personnel working on vehicles, planes, and machinery within the hangar posed a significant challenge.

Methodology/Solution:
R2.0 Closed Cell Spray Foam was applied at a thickness of 48mm and chosen for its exceptional insulating properties and airtightness. The insulation was meticulously applied to all walls and the hangar’s roof.
