Cold-Cure Systems That Simplify Industrial Processing
UrePac® Cast elastomers are designed to be processed at ambient temperatures above 15°C — making them suitable for operations where conventional heated tooling or ovens are not practical.
With quick gel times and excellent demould properties, these systems are ideal for small or large component casting across a wide range of hardness levels, from 35 Shore A to 85 Shore D.
All systems are two- or three-component polyurethane formulations, developed for tooling, moulds, protective parts, electronics encapsulation, and rigid industrial castings.

Our UrePac® Cast Elastomer range includes versatile 2-component (2K), 3-component (3K), and BIO-based systems designed to meet a wide spectrum of performance and processing requirements. Whether you’re casting high-strength industrial parts, moulding complex shapes, or looking to reduce environmental impact, these systems deliver exceptional mechanical properties, chemical resistance, and processing flexibility.

2K Cast Elastomer Systems
Two-component systems: polyol + isocyanate
Preformulated hardness levels (e.g. 60A, 85A, 95A, 85D)
Processable at room temperature (>15°C)
Demould typically within 6–17 minutes
No post-curing required (optional: 75°C for 12–16 hours to enhance performance)
Ideal for fast prototyping, general-use parts, and cost-sensitive applications

3K Cast Elastomer Systems (Quasi MDI Technology)
Three-component systems: polyol + isocyanate + crosslinker
Quasi MDI technology enables customised reactivity and hardness flexibility
Machine-dispensed with elevated temperature processing
Post-curing is required to achieve full mechanical properties
High-performance systems with superior tear strength, resilience, and abrasion resistance
Available in polyether and polyester grades with multiple hardness ranges
Grades include: 3K5595PG, 3K5595PT, 3K5595PE
Also available in BIO-based and mercury-free alternatives (e.g. PTBIO, PEBIO)

BIO Formulated Elastomer Systems
Sustainably engineered using renewable feedstocks (BIO polyols and BIO chain extenders)
Designed to reduce environmental footprint without compromising performance
Options available across both 2K and 3K platforms
