Owen Stam

Owen is the founder of Pacific Urethanes and has been the Technical Director since 2018. He has over 20 years of experience in the polyurethane industry.

Owen started his career in the laboratory, formulating a large range of polyurethane technologies from rigid and flexible foams to various coatings, adhesive and elastomer (CASE) products. His expertise lies in the research and development of sustainable polyurethane products, and he leads many projects that introduce sustainable options to the polyurethane market.

Owen is on the technical committee of the Australian Modern Building Alliance (AMBA), whose aim is to grow the use of polymers in the Australian construction industry.
